DESCRIPTION:This training program focuses on identifying fall hazards\, will provide attendees an understanding of the OSHA fall protection regulations and safe work practices to prevent fall-related injuries and deaths. Special emphasis will be on common fall hazards associated with using scaffolds and ladders such as:\n\n- How to safely build\, use and dismantle scaffolds\, Competent Person requirements\n- Proper Scaffold fall protection guardrails and personal fall arrest systems (PFAS)\n- Proper access to scaffolds and inspection requirements\n- How to choose\, properly set-up\, secure and use extension & step ladders and the prevalence of job  build ladders and their hazards\n\nInstructor: Jamie Prior\, American Ladders & Scaffolds\, Glastonbury CT\n\nPlease register by Nov. 5th- Space limited to first 20 registrants
