for OSHA reporting in companies with more than 10 employees

• An interactive presentation will examine scenarios to determine if, and how they should be recorded on your OSHA Log.

• How to keep up with OSHA's newest standards;

• Recording employee safety training and maintaining employee training records

• How to recognize and manage privacy concern cases? 

• What if OSHA shows up on the job? What are you required to provide the compliance officer?

• What inspectors look for during an on-site inspection;

• How to correct on the job hazards before someone is injured, who is responsible when employees disregard posted safety rules, the process of an OSHA informal hearing and contesting citations?
